Returns and Exchanges Policy – Mirebcommercial
At Mirebcommercial, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable products (software, guides, etc.).
- Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items are refundable).

2. Return Procedure To initiate a return, you must contact us beforehand at the following address:

Please indicate in your email:
- Your order number.
- The name of the item you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you have received our confirmation and the correct return address.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Canada and United States (USA) Shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect on our part). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Rest of the World (International) Shipping costs for the return are your sole responsibility. You are also responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes associated with returning the item to our warehouse.
Tip: If you are shipping an item worth over $75 USD/CAD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size), send us an email first at mail.mirebcommercial@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of [Number, e.g., 10 to 14] business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time necessary before a refund is posted.
